A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement No 2289)
1) Tomato foot rot (Phytophthora cryptogea) and Bacterial blight of tomato (Pseudomonas viridiflava) are known not to occur in the area of production,
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Aucuba scale (Aspidiotus nerii), Common snail (Helix aspersa) and Petri disease (Phaeoacremonium aleophilum).
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement No 2294)
1) The plants were tested during active growth and found free from Tomato foot rot (Phytophthora cryptogea) and Bacterial blight of tomato (Pseudomonas viridiflava),
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Aucuba scale (Aspidiotus nerii), Common snail (Helix aspersa) and Petri disease (Phaeoacremonium aleophilum).
