General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A laboratory analysis certificate or Crop inspection report for Stem and Bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Sharp eye spot of cereals (Ceratobasidium cereale), Foot rot: cereals (Monographella nivalis), Stagonospora leaf blotch (Phaesophaeria avenaria f.sp. avenaria), Gluje rot (Pseudomonas syringae pv. atrofaciens) and Blossom and shoot blast (Pseudomonas syringae) is to be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Visual inspection may be used for endorsing freedom from Flour mites (Acarus siro), Foreign grain beetle (Ahasverus advena), Flat grain beetle (Crytolestes ferrugineus) and Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile).

Consignments must be free from India's quarantine weed seeds (Updated Quarantine Weed Seed List). Exporter must present a laboratory analysis certificate to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.

​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

2) The consignment is free from quarantine weed seeds as per schedule VIII of PQ Order 2003,
3) The consignment is free from soil.
