Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.A laboratory analysis certificate or Crop inspection report for Stem and Bulb nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Sharp eye spot of cereals (Ceratobasidium cereale), Foot rot: cereals (Monographella nivalis), Stagonospora leaf blotch (Phaesophaeria avenaria f.sp. avenaria), Gluje rot (Pseudomonas syringae pv. atrofaciens) and Blossom and shoot blast (Pseudomonas syringae) is to be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Visual inspection may be used for endorsing freedom from Flour mites (Acarus siro), Foreign grain beetle (Ahasverus advena), Flat grain beetle (Crytolestes ferrugineus) and Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile).
