General Requirements

This ICR applies to green coffee beans imported from other countries for export to Fiji that does not meet the re-export requirements and will be certified on a phytosanitary certificate for export. For imported green coffee beans that have arrived with a phytosanitary certificate from the exporting country that meets Fiji's import requirements, have remained sealed, and are being re-exported to Fiji, refer to the Coffee beans - green (re-export) Micor case for Fiji.

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

The country of origin must be included in the additional product description field of the Request For Permit (RFP). To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant Programs via email (EXDOCPlantPrograms.agriculture.gov.au).

Explanation of the endorsements
  • Inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from fruit pulps residue.

2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of fruit pulps residue.

1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of fruit pulps residue.
