General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
Consignments must be free from Potato cyst nematodes (Globodera spp.). 

Exporter to provide evidence that the consignment is free of the pest as either area freedom certification or laboratory analysis certification and to present to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.

1) The Solanum tuberosum in this consignment has been inspected in accordance with appropriate official procedures and is considered to be free from the quarantine pests specified by the Cook Islands Ministry of Agriculture Biosecurity Service and to conform with the current phytosanitary requirements of the Cook Islands Ministry of Agriculture Biosecurity Service, including those for regulated non-quarantine pests,
2) Consignment is free from Potato cyst nematode (Globodera spp.).
