​Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements
Endorsement 3897:
1) Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from Red imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta)​.

Endorsement 7649:
1) Lesser corn stalk borer (Elasmopalpus lignosellus), West African cocoa mealybug (Planococcoides njalensis), Carnation tortrix (Cacoecimorpha pronubana) and City longhorn beetle (Aeolesthes sarta) are not known to occur in Australia. No supporting evidence is required to endorse freedom from these pests.
2) Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from South African citrus thrips (Scirtothrips aurantii).
