General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

For Dactylis glomerata seeds that were produced in Australia, or were imported from another country but tested in Australia, refer to the Dactylis glomerata seed Micor case for Brazil.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.

A re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25) may be issued if the original or certified copy of a phytosanitary certificate issued by the country of origin which meets Brazil's phytosanitary import requirements stipulated on the import permit is provided.

​Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
 
​It is the exporter’s responsibility to ensure that the phytosanitary certificate is issued within 14 days of the consignment being exported from Australia.

Refer to the departure date and inspection date in the Request for Permit.
