Printed paper certificates issued through the department’s NEXDOC system with wet seals and manual signatures are required for all certificates including consignments transiting or being directly imported into Türkiye.
These need to be stamped and signed by departmental staff.
Türkiye will not accept a Health Certificate for animal products more than 60 days after its date of issue.
Turkish regulations state that a health certificate for a consignment may be issued a maximum of 2 days prior to dispatch of that consignments (as per the bill of lading) but not after the date of dispatch of that consignment. This means that the health certificate must be issued on the date of dispatch, or 1 of the 2 days preceding dispatch.

There is no agreed certificate for the import of manufacturing grade products into Türkiye.
3.5 Consignments under 10kg and trade samples
There is no agreed certificate for the import of consignments under 10kg and trade samples into Türkiye.
